When watching to Reacting Channels on Youtube I saw a lot of reactors react to Blackpink. But because Blackpink doesn’t put out a lot of music, they brand out to other K-pop artists. I did not know how big K-pop was…
When I saw on of my favorite reactors at that time react to StrayKids, I thought: “Wow, so K-pop has some great rap music as well.” When I took some more time to search for artists… I kept going back to StrayKids and when I watched the Survival show… I really build an emotional band with those guys. They don’t know me but what they had to endure during that show was heartbreaking.
They also put a lot of thoughts into their music. They are one of the Self-Producing groups in K-pop. This means they create their own music from scratch, the leader Bangchan mostly creates the beats of the songs and the other members of 3RACHA have participated in songwriting for almost their whole discography.
After watching SKZ perform on the “Survival” show Kingdom, I can only Stan them even more… The amount of talent in the group is so underrated!
They completely re-arranged their own songs into other versions, and performed it with so much confidence…
They did win the “Kingdom Legendary War”-show!!
With every comeback (release) they still surprise me with all the stuff they create. I really love all the lyrics in their songs and they don’t shy to make songs about “taboo” topics like mental health! For StrayKids I could not tell you what my favorite song is… The only thing i could recommend you is to follow my StrayKids Spotify list down below.
For the Members my favorite member is Han Jisung. He is the ACE OF K-pop IMHO. He write lyrics, has 3 or more different rap flows in only one verse, Sings mostly of the High notes of all SKZ songs, and watch him dance his ass of in the Japanese video “ALL-IN”. The only thing I still have to say about this talented Idol: He is ridiculously funny, and hyper-active member although he is an introvert! The next song he wrote and is so good: Secret, Secret by STRAYKIDS!
